RetailNext provides a representational state transfer (REST) application programming interface (API) for nearly every feature of our platform. Programmers can use our enterprise APIs to make RetailNext interact with many other tools, such as business intelligence, marketing automation, or CRM systems. The APIs can also be used to create applications and widgets, including these:
- Metrics API, giving access to the wide set of RetailNext metrics for store and product performance, shopper behavior, and staff performance
- Personalization API, giving access to the RetailNext opt-in omnichannel shopping events in real time
For examples on how our APIs can be used, see our partner area.
