Holiday ’14 Results and New Metrics for ‘15

In this installment of the RetailNext webinar series, attendees will take a deeper dive into retail’s Holiday results, what worked and what didn’t, and why – all with an eye toward improving over the course of the year. In addition, there will be an exploration of new metrics that not only more adequately address retail’s new reality, but that deliver actionable data to retail leaders.

The Holiday shopping season has concluded, and as the dust settles, brick-and-mortar stores are faced with the realities of a 6.5% decrease in December sales on a 7.1% decline in store traffic.

Online’s growth couldn’t save the day either, as the U.S. Commerce Dept. reported a 0.9% drop in overall retail sales, with declines in almost every category.
