About the Role:

The Project Manager will lead solution deployments, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing and revising project plans, managing scope changes, and ensuring projects stay on time and within budget. The role involves reviewing quotes for compliance, acting as the primary customer contact, and managing daily project activities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage solution deployment, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute project work plans, revising them as necessary.
  • Quickly identify scope changes, gain approval on change orders, and escalate issues to ensure resolution within project timelines and budgets.
  • Review quotes/estimates to ensure compliance with installation charges, deployment fees, licenses required, and other details.
  • Act as the primary customer contact and manage day-to-day project activities.
  • Develop meeting agendas, coordinate resources, document outcomes, and drive actions to completion.
  • Manage ongoing project documentation.
  • Update internal systems and checklists.
  • Coordinate project staffing and escalate issues to internal team managers when necessary.
  • Utilize existing processes and contribute to process improvement.

Required skills:

  • 3 to 5 years of strong experience in Project Management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all PMO-related processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical requirements for deployment implementations.
  • Proficiency in managing projects to ensure they remain within budget and on schedule for our largest customers.
  • Expertise in attentively managing all aspects of a deployment, including project scope, budget/quotes, resource coordination, and scheduling.
