&lt;p&gt;We’re seeking a &lt;strong&gt;People Experience Product Manager&lt;/strong&gt; to design and optimize our complete employee lifecycle as a strategic product. This role treats the employee experience as our &lt;strong&gt;third core product&lt;/strong&gt; alongside our retail analytics software and financial performance, creating experiences that fuel both individual growth and accelerated business success.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You’ll operate as a &lt;strong&gt;senior individual contributor&lt;/strong&gt; with product management discipline: owning the Employee Experience roadmap, driving execution through cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring measurable business impact. Working within our 13-person People Team (HR, Recruitment, People Ops, IT, and Legal), you’ll build solutions that help people thrive—directly enabling the company to perform at its best.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You’ll Own&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Leadership &amp;amp; Operational Excellence&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Act as a &lt;strong&gt;Senior IC&lt;/strong&gt; with full responsibility for managing the Employee Experience roadmap and ensuring delivery with the rigor of a product manager.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Partner closely with the CPO (based in California), with regular overlap sessions to align on priorities and execution.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take a &lt;strong&gt;hands-on approach&lt;/strong&gt;: work directly with HR, Recruitment, People Ops, IT, and Legal to translate challenges into solutions and deliver with impact.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Champion transformation initiatives using Lean Startup principles, ensuring Employee Experience work creates real business outcomes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with the CPO on strategy while independently managing execution across multiple workstreams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Employee Experience Product Management&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Design &lt;strong&gt;end-to-end employee lifecycle experiences&lt;/strong&gt; (onboarding, growth, recognition, progression, exits) that elevate both employee fulfillment and business performance.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Apply &lt;strong&gt;product management practices&lt;/strong&gt; (roadmap prioritization, sprints, MVP testing) to Employee Experience initiatives.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Partner with cross-functional leaders (GTM, Product, Engineering) to ensure frameworks scale across the business.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Balance &lt;strong&gt;strategic design and hands-on delivery&lt;/strong&gt;: from shaping frameworks to drafting comms, running discovery, and testing adoption.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Data &amp;amp; Employee Experience Measurement&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Own the employee experience analytics strategy&lt;/strong&gt;: collect, analyze, and interpret data across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, growth, engagement, retention) to inform decisions and demonstrate business impact.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Translate data into &lt;strong&gt;clear, actionable recommendations&lt;/strong&gt; for leaders and the People Team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Create measurement systems that identify friction, celebrate wins, and show progress against employee experience goals.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Apply &lt;strong&gt;innovation accounting&lt;/strong&gt;: measure success through outcomes (time-to-productivity, manager adoption, retention gains), not just activity.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Product or Project Management expertise&lt;/strong&gt;: experienced in roadmaps, sprints, workflows, and cross-functional execution.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Background in either Employee Experience/HR OR Product Management&lt;/strong&gt; — you bring strength from one side and curiosity to build in the other.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Skilled at &lt;strong&gt;change management&lt;/strong&gt;: driving adoption and enabling managers to embed new practices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comfortable working in a &lt;strong&gt;global, remote environment&lt;/strong&gt;, with flexibility for timezone overlaps.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Analytical mindset: able to design and own measurement systems, interpret lifecycle data, connect signals to outcomes, and communicate insights.&lt;/li&gt;
