This role sits at the heart of how RetailNext delivers for customers — you&#39;ll own the administrative and coordination work for live deployments while building the judgment and process knowledge that comes with running projects end-to-end.&lt;/p&gt;

You&#39;re comfortable owning the parts of a project you can run yourself, you ask good questions when you&#39;re not sure, and you escalate cleanly when a customer conversation needs a more experienced hand. You take responsibility for what&#39;s on your plate and you communicate honestly about where you need support.&lt;/p&gt;

You&#39;ll start with supervised onboarding, take on routine deployments independently by months 4–8, and expand your project portfolio across your first year. &lt;li&gt;2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS customer success or account management role&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Professional proficiency in French (spoken and written) — able to communicate clearly and confidently with French-speaking customers&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong customer relationship management and communication skills in a B2B SaaS environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational issues across both software and hardware&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive accountability for issue resolution&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Solid understanding of customer lifecycle management, onboarding, and success metrics&lt;/li&gt;
