&lt;p&gt;We&#39;re looking for a VP of Product Management to lead our product organization and advance our product vision. This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with responsibility for building and guiding a customer-centric product team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on product engagement—someone who operates at the leadership level while staying deeply connected to customers, the product, and the teams building it. We&#39;re not looking for someone who will become disconnected from the day-to-day; we need a leader who remains deeply involved in what&#39;s going on.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This role offers an attractive opportunity for an ambitious product leader ready to step into an executive position. You&#39;ll have the autonomy to shape the product organization and make key decisions about team structure, processes, and direction.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Location:&lt;/strong&gt; Remote (US or Europe time zones preferred, East Coast proximity a plus for customer access; must be willing and able to travel regularly)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What You&#39;ll Do&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Customer Engagement &amp;amp; Market Intelligence&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spend significant time with customers understanding their business, workflows, challenges, and the other tools they use&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Participate actively in sales conversations and product pitches—good product managers do this regularly, and we expect the leader to model this behavior&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hear customer objections, competitive questions, and feedback firsthand to inform product vision&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proactively monitor the competitive landscape, emerging technologies, and market evolution—we&#39;re currently more reactive here and need someone to drive a proactive approach&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Translate deep customer understanding into better product vision and roadmap decisions&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Product Leadership&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Own and drive the strategic product vision across our platform, including Traffic, Labs, and Asset Protection product areas&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Use the product extensively—log in regularly, understand how customers use it, see what works and what doesn&#39;t&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Move beyond inbound product management to outbound, strategic product leadership&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Think constantly about customer evolution, competitor moves, and technology trends&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build credibility with engineering teams through deep product knowledge and demonstrated customer understanding&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Build real credibility with engineering teams—this comes from being close to the product and truly understanding customer needs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Create productive tension with engineering leadership while maintaining collaborative relationships&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work closely with sales leadership to support customer acquisition and retention&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Partner with engineering leaders (including those based in Europe) across time zones&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h4&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What We&#39;re Looking For&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Required&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;B2B software product management experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience with applications serving business users who are not deeply technical&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong customer-facing skills and genuine curiosity about customer problems and how they do their jobs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to influence and build credibility across an organization, particularly with engineering teams&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Willingness and ability to travel regularly—this is essential for the role&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

VP of Product Management

&lt;p&gt;The Senior AR Account Manager is responsible for leading more complex and high-value accounts, serving as an escalation point for AR Account Managers, and driving improvements across AR processes. This role provides subject matter expertise, mentors junior team members and partners cross-functionally to resolve complex issues.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Own and manage strategic or high-risk customer accounts, ensuring accuracy, timely collections, and proactive resolution of disputes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Act as an escalation point for AR Account Managers when accounts require complex reconciliation or negotiation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mentor and guide junior AR team members, sharing best practices and providing informal training support.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Partner with Sales, Operations, and IT to drive process improvements and implement changes that enhance collections efficiency.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Review aging reports and identify patterns or risks, recommending corrective actions to AR Manager.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the AR Manager in preparing management reports, audits, or system enhancements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Participate in cross-functional projects (e.g., systems upgrades, policy changes) as the AR subject matter expert.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies across AR processes.&lt;/li&gt;
