A year ago, like most people, if someone had told me that we would spend a year working from home, navigating the realities of distance learning and all other Covid realities, topped with no live customer or employee events I would have said, “There is no way. It’s not sustainable and there is no way that can be accomplished.” I also wouldn’t have believed that our selling teams would be able to find productive ways of closing new business and building relationships.
