Bridget Johns is Head of Marketing and Customer Experience at RetailNext.
Bridget is responsible for both marketing and the end-user experience with RetailNext. In this role, she leads the marketing and corporate communications initiatives, as well as heads the training and professional services divisions, where she advises on and champions RetailNext adoption strategies, with particular emphasis on how retailers can use this technology to stay relevant in an ever-complex and ever-changing environment. Bridget has the additional responsibility of developing the sales channel beyond core customers and end-users.
Since joining RetailNext in 2009, Bridget has played a critical role in creating, managing, and expanding the sales and business development organization to a team of over 25. She has been a key contributor to early sales successes within the organization. Under her leadership, RetailNext sales have consistently grown over 100% each year and now represent a customer base of over 100 Tier 1 and 2 retailers.
Bridget has more than 15 years of retail and business development experience focused primarily in the luxury goods, department, and specialty store verticals. Throughout her career, she has consistently worked on start-up ventures, with both new companies and start-up divisions of existing companies. Her experience in business strategy, operations, and general management has helped bridge the gap between retail and technology, ensuring maximum value for RetailNext’s customers.
Before joining RetailNext, Bridget held a variety of VP and Director-level positions across many leading luxury retailers, including Tiffany & Co., Lancome USA, and Links of London. She also has extensive international retail experience from her time working on international market expansion for the Ralph Lauren Collection.
