&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Job Summary:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Billing Specialist is responsible for supporting the Billing Managers needs relating to RetailNext’s billing process to ensure Invoicing is completed in a timely manner. They will perform the month end checks to ensure completeness of the billing cycle.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Review Churn Report throughout the month (The report to review accuracy of billing) and Review Final Churn Report with Billing Manager to ensure that all Churn is true.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Review Billing Validation Report and complete corrections list at month end.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bill Open SO Report daily to ensure its clean &amp;amp; all items are resolved&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bill recurring Invoice Report during and at month end to ensure that its clean and all items have been resolved&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bill Renewal SO Report during and at month end to ensure that its clean and all items have been resolved&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Resolve all billing issues and communicate issues with the Billing Manager.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist team with resolving Billing queries&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide Billing manager with status updates on progress and issues&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Refund RMA’s Daily to ensure all items have been credited&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Process Terminations, etc daily to ensure all opps have been processed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Complete billing checklist.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Documenting customer billing requirements and updating knowledge base on wiki page.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Create support invoices.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Create Advance payment invoice on request&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Skills:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work through the billing process autonomously and work with AR Account Managers to resolve possible issues&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to answer all inquiries related to the billing process at RetailNext&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Knowledge:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deep understanding of the billing process at RetailNext and all related systems.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Understanding of necessary month end close tasks and timeline.
