SAN JOSE, Calif. - May 22, 2020- RetailNext Inc., the worldwide expert and market leader in smart store retail analytics for optimizing shopper experiences at brick-and-mortar retail stores, strengthens its partner ecosystem with YOOBIC and sensalytics.

With the recently announced enhancements to its occupancy product, RetailNext will enable advanced occupancy and compliance related applications to deliver safer shopping experiences throughout the customer journey.

"Keeping the health and safety of consumers and staff is top of mind during and beyond this immediate COVID-19 recovery period. Combining RetailNext's live in-store data analytics with partners such as YOOBIC and sensalytics will help retailers, restaurants and other location based enterprises easily adapt with new compliance procedures and social distancing regulations," said Gonzalo de Caralt, global Head of Partnerships at RetailNext.

The RetailNext partnership with YOOBIC will help brick-and-mortar stores maximize safety efforts and improve customer experience by reducing waiting lines caused by social distancing measures with a new virtual queuing app.

"YOOBIC has developed a virtual queuing system enabling customers to have a safer customer experience by avoiding waiting in line at the entrance of the store. If the store is at its maximum occupancy, customers can join the queue virtually by scanning a QR code at the entrance of the store or via a web link and wait in their car or even at home. When the store is under its max capacity, the next customer in the queue is notified by SMS and can come in-store" said Fabrice Haiat, CEO & Co-founder.

Furthermore, the partnership with sensalytics will allow companies to quickly communicate in-store occupancy analytics with both employees and customers via real-time alerts and in-store displays.

"The experience and the deep analytical know-how of both companies are the perfect combination to face the challenges of in-store-insights and ai-based predictive KPIs. Both systems are integrated and enable customers and partners to profit from the features of both products. Especially the real-time occupancy management system based on Aurora and the real-time system of sensalytics" said Omar Tello, CEO & Founder at sensalytics.
